Ordering & Pre-Booking
All of our flowers are freshly sourced and require advance booking to ensure availability and quality. Please place your order at least 2 days  in advance. Orders received without sufficient notice may be subject to limited options or delays.

Payment
We accept payment through credit card, PayPal, bank transfer . Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery: Complimentary delivery is available across selected South Auckland suburbs, including The Gardens, Flat Bush, Hillpark and Manurewa. Delivery fees may apply for locations outside our complimentary delivery zone

• Please provide a complete address and preferred delivery time.

• Pickup: Customers may also choose to pick up their flowers directly from our store during business hours.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for standard orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [contact email/phone] with a photo of the flowers. We will do our best to replace or refund any items that are confirmed to be damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial or full charge, depending on the preparation stage of your order.
